These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jit66 ("jit66", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://jit66.io. 3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of jit66 services, players must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Information

Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information at all times. Any change to your name, address, mobile number, email address, or payment method details must be communicated to jit66 support promptly. jit66 is not responsible for any losses arising from outdated account information.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jit66. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jit66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending transactions, and forfeit all balances and bonuses.

3.4 Account Credentials

Players are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time password (OTP) with any third party. jit66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any suspected compromise of your account credentials must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering frameworks, jit66 may require players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") at any stage. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification; proof of address dated within three months; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

jit66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change. All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your jit66 account and that is registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. jit66 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jit66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. Players depositing in any other currency may be subject to conversion fees applied by their payment provider; jit66 is not responsible for such fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jit66 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jit66 reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that is flagged during compliance monitoring and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine participation in betting and gaming activities is prohibited.

4.5 Refused and Reversed Transactions

jit66 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where: the source of funds cannot be verified; the transaction is suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity; the player's account is under review; or the transaction does not comply with these Terms. In such cases, jit66 will make reasonable efforts to return funds to the originating payment method.

jit66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for different game categories are published in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games and slots typically have different contribution rates.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account. The expiry period is stated in the individual promotion terms and begins from the moment the bonus is credited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: jit66 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of errors in promotional terms, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.
• Withdrawal Restriction: A withdrawal request made while an active bonus is in progress will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on jit66 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports — are subject to the individual market rules displayed on the relevant betting page. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. jit66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or at incorrect odds.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds on live markets change rapidly and reflect real-time match conditions. jit66 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on jit66 — including live casino tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics as applicable. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. jit66 is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by a player's device, internet connection, or third-party game provider systems.

6.4 Voided Bets and Cancelled Rounds

Bets and game rounds may be voided in the following circumstances: abandonment of the event on which the bet was placed (where the event cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe); proven technical error affecting game integrity; or any circumstance in which the result cannot be fairly determined. Where a bet or game round is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jit66 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Processing chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for gambling activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Sharing access to your account with any third party, or operating your account as an agent on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

All content on the jit66 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of jit66 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The jit66 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jit66.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jit66 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction or copying of any platform content; commercial use of any content; modification or creation of derivative works; or any framing or mirroring of the platform on another website.

Any unauthorised use of jit66 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jit66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; computer damage; system failure; or the cost of substitute services.

jit66 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jit66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jit66's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
